How to Paint a Dramatic Snowy Sunset Landscape in Realtime

It's time for a Dramatic Sunset in Winter acrylic painting adventure! Come along and learn along with me as I paint an 11x14 landscape on canvas.

In this video I will be using Liquitex Heavy Body paints:-Titanium White, Ultramarine Blue, Quinacridone Magenta, Napthol Crimson, Cadmium Yellow Medium, Burnt Umber, and Matisse Australian Sienna.
Brushes: Simply Simmons #12 Filbert Firm Filament, Silver-Ruby Satin, 1/2" angle and #2 round detail.

Learn How to Draw Tourmaline Doodlegems Tutorial ep 38

Come along and find out how easy drawing a Tourmaline cabochon is! Join me and I'll show you step by step. This time we are drawing with a Pitt Artist pen and Prismacolor pencils on a dried slice of a wood branch.You don't need to do the drawing on wood though! You can do this project on any surface that will accept pen and colored pencil.

You can draw this on Paper, Cardstock, Wood etc. This time I'm using a dried wood slice of a branch that has been heat dried.
Pitt Artist Pen, Black ink, size S
Prismacolor Premier colored pencils- Crimson Red, Magenta, Dark Green, Olive Green, Lime Peel, White, Indigo, and Colorless Blender.

How to make an EASY Polymer Clay Doodle Gem Amber Snowflake Ornament

By sharing your art, you share more than just the gift. You share a piece  yourself!

These Shiny Gems are drawn with colored pencils and fine line permanent black ink pen on white Sculpey Polymer Clay disks.  It can be hung on a tree, tied on a package or presented on a long cord as a special pendant.


Materials Used:
Original Sculpey Clay
A non- Food use Rolling Pin
A non Food use Baking Sheet
Something to cut circles that is not going to be used for food.
Parchment paper or something to protect your surface

Colored Pencils: I Used Prismacolor I have not tried with  any other kind for this project--you can experiment!
I used Cadmium Orange Hue, Yellowish Orange, Canary Yellow, Raspberry, Tuscan Red and White
A Black Fine Line Pen with Permanent Ink. I used the Sakura Pigma Micron
White Gel ink pen. I used a Uniball Signo UM-153
Ribbon or cord for hanging or tying

How to Draw a Star Ruby Doodle Gem Napkin Rings Tutorial EP 37

Here you go! Star Rubies are one of the most festive looking gemstones I know. 

You are in the right place to learn how to draw Star Rubies and how to use them in a Useful Project! Even if you are using paper napkins you can use napkin rings to dress up your table. :) These napkin rings can be as simple or detailed as you have time for.

The Tools and Materials are simple and inexpensive too!
Printed out template on Cardstock- I used Neenah Solar White 110LB Cardstock. BUT REALLY SCRAPBOOK CARDSTOCK would work too. :)
Scissors
Black Fine line pen. I used a  Sakura Pigma Micron 02 size
White Gel Ink Pen. I used a Uniball Signo UM-153

Colored Pencils You need 3 colors of Red-- a Dark Deep Purpley Red, A Light Orangy Red, and a Medium Cool Red. White and if you have it a Colorless Blender.  

I used Prismacolor Premier in: Tuscan Red, Permanent Red, Scarlet Lake, White and Colorless Blender.

In this lesson I show you how to quickly make your own Tag Template so you can make as many tags with any designs you want!

Materials and tools For the Snowman Tag:
Tag Template (I show you how to make one in the video)
Hole Punch
Scissors
Cardstock (I used Neenah 110lb Solar White Cardstock)
Black Pen (I used Pitt Artist Pen size S)
White Gel Pen or White acrylic paint-I used a Uniball Signo UN-153
Colored Pencils ANY COLORED PENCILS WILL WORK- I used Prismacolor in :Peacock Green, Chartreuse, Sunburst Yellow, Orange, Canary Yellow, Ultramarine Blue, Blue Slate, White and colorless Blender

How to Draw a Jade Eyed Owl Doodlegem Ornament Tutorial

This project is quick and easy! A fun little owl to tuck into a card and hang on a tree or package!

Just cut a circle and fold it and draw your design. Color the stones and you are done! Follow along with the video to see each of the simple steps.


Materials:
Cardstock or Heavy paper
Scissors
Ball end stylus or bone folder or butter knife for scoring the folding lines.
Push Pin or something to poke a small hole
Ribbon for the Hanger
Black Ink pen
White Gel Pen- I used Uniball Signo UM-153
Colored Pencils--
3 colors for your stones--A dark, medium and bright or light color. I used Prismacolor Kelly Green, Light Green and Canary Yellow, I also used a White for blending and soft highlights. You can use any
colored pencils for this project!
