OOOOOOOOh it is sorta spooky! This one won't bite you, I promise! Monday Doodle gem takes a walk on the dark side this week Check it out and see how a spider can actually be pretty!
Can you believe it? We are on Episode 30 of my Doodle Gem Series!! This time we are doing a lovely jewel and stone spider that has 3 gems or stones- Picasso Jasper, Red Garnet/Ruby, and Black Onyx on a web with simple dew drops.
This project would be lots of Fun for a card or to frame for as a gift for your favorite spooky, creepy stuff loving person in your life!
If you follow along with me you can be done with your project in just over half of an hour!
Materials used:
French Company Speckletone Black Cardstock 80lb (Any Black Cardstock will work)
Prismacolor Pencils: Ginger Root, Parma Violet, Black, Poppy Red, Scarlet Lake, Yellow Ocher, White, and Colorless Blender
If you have Crayola I'd suggest :
Signo Uniball UM-153 White Ink pen
The most important things you need to be successful with any of my doodle gems projects are the willingness to learn and to be easy on yourself as you are learning. We tend to be our worst critics and we need to learn to be kind to ourselves.
